1. It was my first run 2. The route was hilly 3. semput jugak 4. I finished the 7.48 km in 59 minutes 5. I burned 426 callories 6. had nasi lemak ayam at Village Park after the run 7. ..and gained all the callories back 8. I was wearing my Adidas Supernova shoes, the newly bought shoes ;) 9. and sebenarnya...from head to toe..its all new! hahahah 10. semangat perlu ada 11. So, whats next? New Balance's Pacesetter Run (10km)..? Putrajaya Night Run (7.7km)..? Im innnnn! 12. ...eh not sot fast facts ek?..panjang pulak
